On the occasion of the ninth death anniversary of Dr. Javed Iqbal, a condolence meeting was held at Iqbal Academy Pakistan on 3 October 2024. The meeting was presided over by Director Iqbal Academy Pakistan Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqi. In the meeting, Dr. Javed Iqbal's services for promotion of Allama Iqbal’s message and thought, his extraordinary role for Iqbal Academy Pakistan and his academic and intellectual efforts to promote the thought of Allama Iqbal were expressed in detail. The participants of the meeting paid tribute to the literary, academic and national services of Dr. Javed Iqbal and said that Dr. Javed Iqbal played an extraordinary role for the promotion of Allama Iqbal’s thought. They said that Dr. Javed Iqbal is among the foremost Iqbal scholars of the country. At the end of the meeting, Fatiha was recited for Dr. Javed Iqbal.
