Three-Day International Iqbal Conference 2025 Held at Taameer-e-Nau Complex, Balochistan

The three-day International Iqbal Conference 2025 was held at Ghazali Hall, Taameer-e-Nau Complex, Balochistan, jointly organized by Iqbal Academy Pakistan and the Rahmatul-lil-Alameen wa Khatam-un-Nabiyyin ﷺ Club & Taameer-e-Nau Trust Balochistan.
The inaugural session was presided over by Chairman Taameer-e-Nau Trust Balochistan, Brigadier (R) Abdul Jaleel. Dr Samiullah Malik graced the occasion as Chief Guest, while the Founder and Chairman of Khubaib Foundation, Mr Nadeem Ahmed Khan, attended as Guest of Honour. Director Iqbal Academy Pakistan, Dr Abdul Rauf Rafique, formally welcomed and thanked the distinguished guests, and Hafiz Muhammad Tahir, Patron of the Rahmatul-lil-Alameen wa Khatam-un-Nabiyyin ﷺ Authority Balochistan, delivered the introductory remarks. The proceedings were conducted by Ms Sadaf Afzal and Ms Aabgina.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an. Students of Taameer-e-Nau Public College, Ghazali Campus, Quetta, presented speeches and recited the poetry of Allama Iqbal, reflecting on his thought and message. At the conclusion of the session, Hafiz Muhammad Tahir presented traditional Balochi shawls to all honoured guests and members of the conference organizing team as a gesture of welcome and appreciation.
Over the course of its three days, the International Iqbal Conference 2025 will feature more than 14 academic sessions, in which over 60 national and international Iqbal scholars will present their research papers. Special Iqbal-focused sessions dedicated exclusively to women participants have also been scheduled for the second and third days of the conference.
