The 133rd meeting of the Executive Committee of Iqbal Academy Pakistan was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Shehzad Qaiser, Vice President at Iqbal House, Lahore on February 2, 2021. The day-to-day affairs of the academy were reviewed in the meeting. It was decided that in view of Ramadan, the International Iqbal Conference would be held in the first week of April instead of April 4. The working committee approved the plans for publishing books, arranging Sharh-e-Iqbal, budget proposals for the next financial year, memorandum of understanding with Punjab University for digitization of Allama Iqbal's personal books and other administrative matters. The meeting was attended by Nazim Iqbal Academy Prof. Dr. Basira Umbereen besides Mr. Muhammad Mureed Rahimon, Joint Secretary National Heritage and Culture Division, Mr. Zaheer Ahmad Mir Khazan Iqbal Academy and Prof. Jalil Ali. The President commended Prof. Dr. Basira Umbereen for the administrative matters and performance of the Academy, especially for the arrangements made for the convening of the International Iqbal Conference. It was decided that the next meeting of the Working Committee would be held in the first week of March. In the end, the President thanked all the guests.
