On the demise of Mr. Aslam Kamal, Allama Iqbal's Painter and founder of Khat Kamal, a condolence reference in his memory was organized by the Iqbal Academy Pakistan in colloberation with the Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex.
The experts of painting and calligraphy joined the ceremony. Mr. Aslam Kamal's son Mr. Faheem Kamal, his daughter Ms. Uzmi Kamal and his associates expressed their views. Among the participants were Dr. Fauzia Tabasum, Dr. Javed Iqbal Nadeem, Mr. Farooq Bhatti, Dr. Muhammad Abrar, Dr. Tariq Sharifzada, Mr. Kanwar Abdul Majid and Ms. Safia Sabri. The closing remarks were presented by the Director Iqbal Academy Pakistan, Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqui. Mr. Fahim Arshad hosted the ceremony.
