A Special Online Lecture “خطبہ الٰہ آباد کا پس منظر اور قیام پاکستان” was organized under the auspices of Iqbal Academy Pakistan on the occasion of the 73rd Independence Day of Pakistan in connection with the "Special Lecture" series of Iqbal Academy Pakistan.
Dr Muhammad Aslam Ansari, a well-known Iqbal scholar and author of several books on Iqbal studies, gave the lecture. He said that the ideology put forward by Allama Iqbal in 1930 was slowly gaining ground in the hearts of Muslim leaders and the light of the word was slowly spreading. It was an objective concept. Allama Iqbal based it on justice, compassion and philanthropy. The text of this sermon must have been in the view of political science students. But it is usually rarely mentioned and analyzed by researchers and it seems that they didn't feel the need much. Dr. Aslam Ansari said that even today we need to follow this ideology in accordance with its true spirit. Its words and reasoning should be considered and the new generation should be made aware of its importance.
