Renowned journalist and columnist Mr. Arif Nizami breathed his last today i.e. July 21, 2021 in Lahore. انا للہ واناالیہ راجعون. Recently, the Government of Pakistan has appointed him Vice President Iqbal Academy Pakistan. He was ill since June 30, 2021.

He was also Chairman, Management Committee, Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex. Now-a-days, his TV Show “Ho Kya Raha Hai” was being aired live on 92-News.

He also served as Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting in 2013.

Prof. Dr. Baseera Ambreen, Director Iqbal Academy Pakistan and her team saddened to learn about the demise of Mr. Arif Nizami and conveyed her condolence to the family and prayers for the departed soul.
