A meeting of the Manuscript Review Committee to review manuscripts received by Iqbal Academy Pakistan for publication was held on July 22, 2024, at the office of the Director, Iqbal Academy Pakistan. The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Absar Ahmad, Professor Dr. Tahseen Firaqi, Professor Dr. Najeeb Jamal, Professor Dr. Khalid Nadeem, Dr. Muhammad Ijaz-ul-Haq Ijaz, Dr. Arooba Masroor Siddiqui, and Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqui.
The meeting started with the recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by a briefing from the Director, Iqbal Academy Pakistan about the ongoing projects on the Academy. During the meeting, the Committee was presented with the ongoing practical projects of Academy. English translations of Allama Iqbal's Urdu and Persian poetry in detail; the transliteration of Allama Iqbal's Urdu poetry for online publication; and other manuscripts sent by various scholars to the Academy for publication were reviewed by the Committee and the members submitted their recommendations. The meeting concluded with words of thanks from Dr. Abdur Rauf Rafiqui.
