As part of the five-day International Book Fair, Iqbal Academy Pakistan organized "Kalam-e-Iqbal Competitions" from February 5-9, 2025, at the Expo Center, Lahore. The five-day competitions witnessed an overwhelming participation from students, teachers and the general public from various schools and colleges. The competitions, which began on February 5, featured recitations of Iqbal’s poetry (both melodic and traditional), speech contests and an Iqbal-themed quiz. Students and attendees actively participated, showcasing their understanding and admiration for Iqbal’s philosophy.
The initiative by Iqbal Academy Pakistan received widespread appreciation from participants and the public at large. They expressed that such activities based on Allama Iqbal’s philosophy not only promote his thoughts but also enhance students' talents, boost their confidence and prepare them for practical life.
On this occasion, Dr. Abdul Rauf Rafiqui, Director, Iqbal Academy Pakistan stated that such initiatives will continue to shape the character of the nation’s youth in light of Allama Iqbal’s ideology, empowering them to take charge of the country’s future in line with Allama Iqbal’s vision.
As a token of appreciation, Iqbal Academy Pakistan presented its publications as prizes to the participants of the competitions.
