Special ceremony on the occasion of Quaid-e-Azam's 144th birthday

A special ceremony was organized by Aiwan-e-Iqbal and Iqbal Academy Pakistan on the occasion of the 144th birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam. Senator Waleed Iqbal (Grandson of Allama Iqbal), Vice President Iqbal Academy Dr. Shahzad Qaiser, Director Iqba Academy Pakistan Prof. Dr. BAseera Ambreen, Mr. Anjum Waheed, Administrator Aiwan-e-Iqbal, Nuzhat Akbar Regional Director National Book Foundation, Brigadier (retd) Wajahat Hussain Sahi, Director NUML University and Haroon Akram Gill were present. Senator Waleed Iqbal while talking said that Quaid-e-Azam was a true depiction of Iqbal's Mard e Momin and Rumi's Mard e Kamil. He said that very few people in history change the course of time and history and even fewer people give birth to a nation. By doing these three things, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah changed the course of time, history and nation. Director Iqbal Academy Prof. Dr. Baseera Ambreen said that both Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal are the center of our attention as a nation. According to Allama Iqbal, Quaid-e-Azam's personality was that of a perfect leader. Dr Shehzad Qaiser, Anjum Waheed, Nuzhat Akbar, Brigadier (retd) Wajahat Hussain Sahi also expressed their views on the personality and role of Quaid-e-Azam.
